First floor unit close to heated pool and BBQ grills. There are two pools and a hot tub! Nicely furnished one bedroom, one bath unit with bunks in the hallway, sleeps six. Very convenient location with beach access just steps away. Water view from living room and patio. Walk to several restaurants along the beach! Conveniently located for shopping at Destin Commons Mall or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall! Very reasonably priced, this is an excellent vacation value! 2 TVs, stereo, DVD player, and all furnishings!

Come to the sugary white beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. The water is clear and blue to green and the beaches are a sugary white! The weather is fantastic all year round and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained! From shopping and 'hanging out' at Destin Commons Mall to golf, water parks, surfing, parasailing, boating, etc., you'll have a great time in the Destin area! The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. Fishing isn't the only attraction though! The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. There are several water parks in the area and water sports are plentiful on the bay side as well as the Gulf side of the island!
