Ideal for families with children, this oceanview home is just a few feet from a 1/4 mile long private ocean beach, swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. First floor consists of Living room which has a Cable TV with DVD player, new fully equipped kitchen with Corian counter tops, a bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with two double bunk beds, and full bath. There is a full length sunny deck facing the ocean and an outdoor shower. Second floor consists of a master suite with a king-size bed, sitting area with TV-VCR, and a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, double sink vanity and a separate glass shower. There is a computer desk with a telephone and DSL connection, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. All amenities including gas grill, picnic table and deck chairs. Starting in 2007, renters do not have to wash and dry the linens on departure date. The owner will supply two sets of linens and do laundry during the week.
