Plenty of room for your belongings in walk-in closets, chests of drawers, dressers, etc. Comfy chairs in all bedrooms, good reading lights, libraries of books for guests to borrow. Two master bedrooms -- large private one over garage, sleeps four in three beds, with en suite bath, TV. Master bedroom 1 inside house has queen-size bed and en suite bath. Two large portable cribs (PaknPlay) available, suitable for babies up to two years. Two single-sized futons may be placed on the floor, suitable for children, teens or young adults.

A perfect family retreat: This casual charming post and beam house is perfect for family vacations with its open floor plan, two master bedroom suites, 3 and half baths plus outdoor shower. Two decks and the sun porch overlook quiet woods and marsh -- home to many birds, spring peeper frogs, and other wildlife. The 200+ acre Mary Barton Trust conservation area is across the street, with miles of trails, a pristine fresh water pond for swimming or fishing, and lovely old growth forest. Just two house lots away are four regulation tennis courts, for neighborhood use only, and a cute new tot lot playground for the little ones. Just a half mile walk down the street is Point Isabella and our private neighborhood beach with sandy shore, warm, clean salt water and boat dock. The charming historic village of Cotuit is a short pleasant bike ride or five minute car ride away. Mashpee Commons shopping center is twenty minutes by car and has upscale restaurants, cinema, shops and summer concerts. New--Wireless Internet.
