Rate information for this Pasadena cottage rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 3 night minimum $660.
    Weekly rentals $1320
    Two week rentals 2640.
    3 week rentals 25% discount = $3465.
    4 week rentals 30% discount = $4620.

    Prices shown include all fees, taxes and parking permit.
    $250 security/cleaning deposit required. If left to comparable level of cleanliness as your arrival we will provide a full refund within 7 days, otherwise cleaning services will be subtracted @ $20/hour.

    You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Sorry, but we do not host any events or parties.
