relaxing: The lake house has several large pecan trees that provide excellent shade in the summer for relaxing outside and B-B-Q or whatever. Coming this summer will be a half court basketball court and volleyball net for some friendly competition.
emergency power: The lake house is equipped with a 15kw emergency back up generator (LP) that will keep you comfortable through the crisis
Golf: 18 hole Championship Golf Course (Cape Royal) open to the public is 5 minutes away from the house. Reasonable rates and carts are available.18 hole Championship Golf Course (Water Wood) 10 minutes from the house is also open to the public. Both courses are very challenging with great views
