Lake George Village is packed with tourist attractions, located at the south tip of the lake. An easy day trip can be made to elegant Saratoga Springs for shopping and prestigious horse racing. Scenic Vermont is accessible via a nearby ferry ride across Lake Champlain. Montreal, Canada is about a two hour drive away.

Stone fireplaces in living room and billiards room. Billiards room has pool table, multimedia center, X-Box, PC center, wireless internet, electronic darts, bar with fridge. Electric heat - each room can be set to its own comfortable temperature. Sun deck, 30 foot dock, and swimming dock located at lake edge and are reached directly via stairs from house. Private picnic point in this area, as well as private sandy beach within walking distance. Plenty of depth at dock for power boat. Mooring whips installed. Canoe and life jackets provided.
