Our Townhome is located 17 miles southwest of steamboat, overlooking Stagecoach Reservoir, between the Mt. Zircle and Flat Tops wilderness. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, we can accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably! Perfect for big groups. All the amenities are also included to make you feel right at home, just bring your clothes, everything else is here! Amenities include private hot tub, updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, direct TV. We are 20 minutes from the slopes and 5 minutes from Stagecoach Reservoir. The Res. is very popular for trout and pike fishing. Ice fishing is also very popular in the winter. Enjoy the view from our porch which is absolutely incredible.

We are 1/4 miles from Stagecoach State Park and Lake, 5 miles from Oak Creek, and 16 miles from Steamboat Ski area. Skiing, Fishing, Hunting, Backpacking, Bicycling, Hiking, Siteseeing, Boating, just about anything you can think of in the outdoors, is right out our front door.

Notes: We have 3 bedrooms. 1 master with king bed; 1 bedroom with queen. The 3rd room is a large room with gas fireplace, 6 bunk beds and a queen Murphy bed. We prefer to limit the # to 10 as we find this is the most comfortable maximum.

Wow: This place has everything for the out doors. Great views, large trail around lake, great fishing, back packing, snowshoeing, cross country, skiing. Indoors, Direct TV, with many movies, Private hot tub, two fireplaces, beds for 10 people. and all items need for a great stay.
