Dining: Relax at one of Hunter Mountain and the Kaatskill Mountain Club's 12 slopeside eateries, serving superb cuisine, healthy salads, soups and sandwiches. The surrounding community offers an even wider selection of dining options at elegant dining rooms, charming pubs and casual restaurants.
