Within 20 minutes of tax free New Hampshire shopping centers in Portsmouth and Kittery outlet stores. House is well set up for comfortable living. Gas fireplace and central heat. Private backyard.

We are also within a half hour of quaint Newburyport Mass and Portsmouth NH. Home is 45 minutes North of Boston.
