A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to ensure rates and availability. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled and deposit shall be non-refundable. Cancellation charges are 10% of the total rental period rate if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancellation is made between 60-89 days prior to arrival and there is no refund if cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival.

- Bathrooms are very elegant and European. Floors are black marble with glass block walk in showers and large shower heads. A sundry dispenser is located here and is complete with salon quality shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, and body cream. The toilet is one piece (black) and basin is Stainless Steel. Full size cedar lined closets are also included and keep your clothes, towels, linens smelling fresh and clean with the usual dampness associated with most Caribbean weather.

- complete with TV, private en suite bathroom with walk in glass block shower, one piece toilets, stainless steel basin, cedar closets, dispensers with salon quality shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, body cream all included. All Bedrooms are the same size. Two Bedrooms directly face the beach, one faces the side with Ocean View. The Master bedroom has a large patio with double size sun chairs, glass block stairway directly to pool, glass block stairway to rooftop hot tub and sun lounge, separate air conditioning with remote controls, high quality linens and bedding. Bathroom and Beach towels included in all bedrooms, along with marble Floors and 4 poster beds, night tables, double floor to ceiling windows, floor to ceiling widow sliding doors. Bedroom with queen size bed also has a double thick queen size airbed that can be blown up and added to the room. Two other double size air beds are also included, as well as 2 cribs. TV room bed is a queen size bed encased in Wicker.

Located just 20 minutes east of the Puerto Plata Airport, Villa Rosada is located in the beach town of Cabarete within a gated and secure court of 4 luxury homes. Beach Front on an expansive secluded beach, Villa Rosada is near the downtown of Cabarete, as well as the police station, pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and restaurants. Once you enter the gates of our stone laid courtyard, your new luxury vacation villa will be just steps away.
