- This home is a spectacular vacation rental home in Playa Paraiso, a private community just north of Playa del Carmen on the Mayan Rivieria. This home is over 4000 square feet of interior space and features 5 bedrooms and 7 baths. The home is actually divided into two separate living areas, one with two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and a kitchen, and the second with three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and a kitchen. The two sections can open to each other, making the vacation house a perfect destination for large groups or multiple families vacationing together. The two sections can be separated, however, so it is possible to rent this vacation house as a three bedroom vacation rental or a five bedroom vacation home. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. One of the nicest features of the five bedroom home is that the kids can have their own living room / TV area away from the adults.

Golf Details: This is truly a golfing paradise. Mayakoba El Cameleon (Greg Norman design) course is hosting a PGA event Feb 18-25 for the next five years. Iberostar Paraiso Golf Course is hosting the qualifier for that event on the Monday prior as well as a Canadian Tour Stop every May. That alone tells you the quality of golf in the area. Within 20 minutes, we have seven top cubs. For the golfer...I play to a 7-9 handicap and have worked 4 Canadian Opens and played most of the clubs in the Toronto area. These layouts are magnificent. We can offer preferred rates for the Iberostar and Mayan Palace courses.
This is fast becoming the most prestigious community in the Mayan Riviera. Some construction is ongoing in the subdivision but should not interfere with relaxation or beach time. The homes range from 2500 square feet to over 6000 square feet and most are newly constructed. You can actually walk for hours on the beach in either direction. Playa Moramo is about 30-35 minute walk to the south and Playa Secreto is about 25 minutes to the north. You can actually walk into Playa Del Carmen on the beach in about 5 hours is you have the energy.
