- We accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks ,wire transfers or PayPal in US Funds only! We do NOT accept credit cards. The final balance due must be received in our office at least 60 days prior to the beginning of your rental period (90 days for rentals beginning between December 15 and January 5, May 22 and September 5). With 50% of the rental amount due within 60 days of receipt of security deposit.
- A $500.00 security deposit will be required to hold your reservation - to be paid within 7 days after reservation. It will be refunded (less out-cleaning fee) by mail 30 days from the end of the Rental Term.
