Our location on the water affords a great opportunity to bring inflatable boats, remote control boats, or fishing. New Mattress for every bed, 2 new sofa sleepers, new kitchen table, new appliances, fans in every bedroom and family room. Wireless Internet available - Wi-Fi. Golf: Golf Course available 1/4 mile down the road at Bay Point. Other courses in the area.
Guest Book: Great family friendly, clean, new, and affordable units and property. A lot of amenities for the money. We will stay here again and again. One of the best rentals we've stay in in the area. New units that have an open floor plan, clean throughout, new furniture and beds, great outdoor patio, gameroom, playground, beach, boat docks - what else could you ask for. Oh yah, very reasonable price for the area.
