Property Descriptions: Our newly installed sandy beach is a private beach that is only available to our community renters. Great place to have the kids play in the sand, splash your feet in the water, and sun-bath on a relaxing beach listening the the water and boats. Our location on the water affords a great opportunity to bring inflatable boats, remote control boats, or fishing.
Property Description : Great place to relax and enjoy the sites of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) with the family and go boating, jet skiing, fishing or just relaxing next to the water after a day at Cedar Point or Put-in-Bay. A huge Playground (Swing set/Fort) with swings, kid slide, turbo side, and tube slide for the kids. Our property's Game Room Building that is open only to our properties renters consists of a number of fun games for the whole family including - Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Fuss Ball, Football, Basketball, Roll-A-Score
Unit Description: Our waterfront house is one of seven total units on our property and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, furnace, washer and dryer, living room, kitchen, covered patio, 3 queen beds, futon and 2 queen sleeper sofas. New Mattress for every bed, 2 new sofa sleepers, new kitchen table, new appliances, fans in every bedroom and family room. Wireless Internet available. Sleeps a maximum of 10. Great view of Sandusky Bay (Lake Erie) from family room. You can dock your boat at our boat docks which are directly in front of this house at no additional charge.
