New fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage located at Southern Maine's premier cottage resort community. This cottage is in a prime location just a short walk from the heated adult pool with hot tub, family pool, tennis courts and community center. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with dresser and closet. Guest bedroom has bunk beds (full on bottom; twin on top), dresser and closet. The central living area has a full size pull out sofa and 27 in. TV. The large bathroom has a double length vanity, shower/tub and stackable full size washer/dryer. The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender. All cookware and dishes included. There is a beautifully appointed 10'X16' sun porch with Southern exposure and cool afternoon breezes. There is also a gas grill. The community center has a well equipped fitness room, sauna, computer room, arcade and great room with fireplace.

Summer Village Resort is located 0.7 miles from the Wells coastline and just 1.5 miles from spectacular Ogunquit Beach. In Southern Maine, its all about the beaches but there are other great things to do. Downtown Ogunquit and Kennebunkport are close by with their unique gift shops. The Kittery Outlets are 20 minutes away. There are many great golf courses as well as fine dining and the Ogunquit Playhouse. There is great hiking and mountain biking nearby. A large miniature golf complex is within walking distance.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional Charges: None
- Payment: A 30% deposit is due upon reservation, full payment due four weeks before arrival. For security reasons, the association will be provided with the name of the renting party, arrival and departure dates, and the number of people that shall be staying in the cottage.

Cancellations: $100 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date. Deposit will not be refunded if notice is not given prior to 30 days and cottage remains unrented. Deposit will be refunded minus $100 cancellation fee if the cancellation is within 30 days of arrival and the cottage is re-rented.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COTTAGE. There will be a $200 fee for cleaning if there is smoking in the cottage.

Notes:
The Cottages at Summer Village has a number of on site amenities designed for family fun and relaxation. There are three 25 meter swimming pools; two family pools and one adult pool (18 years and over). The adult pool also has a large hot tub. Both of the family pools have separate 1 ft deep toddler pools and playground areas. Other amenities include bocci, basketball courts, shuffleboard and tennis. There is a full time activities director and program for children. There is a pavilion for outdoor events in the evening such as live music. There is also an on site 'drive-in' theatre (bring your own beach chair or sit at the adult pool) where they show family movies or broadcast sports events (free popcorn included). The resort also has its own trolley for getting around the property.
