- 50% of total rental required to confirm your reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit must be received within 10 days of reservation or reservation will be canceled. In the event of cancellation 90 days before arrival date,the deposit will be refunded less 10% service charge. Cancellation less than 90 days before arrival date the deposit is forfeited. If Rebecca's Fancy is rented for the canceled dates, than all deposit money may be returned, less 10% service charge. Upon arrival, a $500. refundable security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned upon departure and the cottage being in the same condition as your arrival.
