Popular restaurants within 3-4 miles : The Back Porch, Harbor Docks, Chops, Ruth's Chris, Fisherman's Wharf, AJ's, Hog's Breath, The Donut Hole, McGuires; There are 6 Fast Food Restaurants [Pizza, Deli/subs, Hamburger, Ice Cream, Diner] adjacent to Gulf Terrace within walking distance.
Recreation / Shopping: Big Kahuna Water Park and The Race Track Go Cart/Putt Putt Fun Park are literally less than .3mi; Destin's Beautiful Harbor is also a short ride. Avoid the long car rides due to beach traffic! Destin Commons along with many many shopping destinations are within 3 miles.
The Beach / Boat Parking: Gulf Terrace is just across the beach from The Emerald Towers on Hwy 78; Beach Access and a great Public Beach are just a few hundred feet away. If you're a fisherman, you can pull your boat and for a small fee, park it behind the tennis courts at Gulf Terrace [which are right next to the condo]
