The layout first floor: First floor has a large kitchen area with full appliances and utensils with serving for 20+. The first floor living room is in view, as is the soapstone fireplace and flat screen TV while you cook a gourmet delight or eggs for the kids. This area contains a breakfast bar for 7 and full dining table for 8. This is a large area, which manages to maintain a cozy and warm feeling. We have a lot of woodwork with clean lines to brighten your stay! There are also plenty of windows in this property to enjoy the Vermont views, sip a cup of coffee, read a book or just enjoy the fireplace! Accommodations on this floor are clustered near each other and the full bath and 3/4 bath. They are big rooms grouped together so that a family can maintain some privacy in what is clearly a large rental. There is a bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with a full bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. Each room has hardwood floors and cable.

The layout second floor: Second Floor is set for entertaining and family lodge type common areas coupled with private sleeping quarters. The southern side of the home is almost entirely windows and woodwork in an huge A-Frame style. The ceiling is 26 feet high with huge exposed beams and tongue and groove ceiling. There is a large slate fireplace with leather seating for 7, as well as a bar with seating for 3 and a dining area for 8. You can look out the windows onto a huge deck with gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is also a gaming area with basketball machine, air hockey and putting green. The Hitachi Plasma flat screen TV will be sure to add to your experience. The common area does have a 1/2 bath. Go up a two steps from this room and you have entered the sleeping quarters. There is a bedroom with a queen sleeper which doubles as a reading room or office. It has high speed computer hookup and fax. There are two master suites with queen beds and full baths on this level.

The third floor layout: The kids, we haven't forgotten. This is a truly large room 17x17 with four twin beds. It has cable TV and a fort built right into the walls! They have their own entry way, with lights and power in their to watch a movie, play games or just have fun. This room has hardwood floors and great views of the property.

Ski: Location, location. You have a choice here! You are located 5 miles from the entrance to Stratton Ski facilities. Top notch mountain, top notch facilities. You are also located about 20 minutes away from Mt. Snow and Bromley Mountain. Two fun mountains with good family feel. Why not sample each one, you are that close!

Golf: Stratton Mountain has an award winning, truly high-end golf facility. It is located within 10 minutes of our property.

Other Activities: Super sledding for kids at the park, outlet shopping for adults, and the river for all!
