Located down on the peninsula point, this mid century cottage, recently redecorated with home feeling appeal. Ideal for quiet beach get away, slow beach living, and walk to pier and excitement. The sand is one minute walk, the boardwalk is close too. Original but updated, new marble tops, garage. The front porch alone, south facing, and sunny. Passerbys, the beach and the quiet of the peninsula make this a dream vacation home. Fashion Island is close, Airport too. Tranquil living, newly updated, great beach living. UCI is close too. This home will sleep five to six comfortably, and has washer and dryer for long term convenience. The Balboa ferry and Balboa Island are right up the road. The Balboa pier and restaurants are legendary. The best is the quiet front porch which opens to the sunny living room. There is one road in and out, the neighborhood is classic, quite and crime free. Families, surfers, and especially the Wedge. The famous body surfing spot at the opening the the Newport Harbor. Laguna and L.A. and close.
