Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- I don't charge for cleaning unless extra work has to be done or your stay is 4 nights or less.
- I know you will find great value in my rates for what you receive. I hate to admit it but sometimes my place is not booked and so I will entertain last minute offers and be flexible then on my rates. Be reasonable and don't low ball me and I will be equally fair in setting up a win-win situation.
- Cancellation policy is simple. Your deposit takes my apartment off the market and covers any rental loss I would receive if you cancel and once you come, any damage to the premises or the loss of the keys. If you cancel prior to 60 days before you arrive, I will endeavor to rent my place and if I do so, you will have your deposit returned. After I receive your rental payment and you cancel, I of course will attempt to re-book my apartment and I will return your rental payment less any difference in the new rental fee if I am forced to discount the rate.
