Comments from the 2008 & 2007 Summer renters: We loved the setup of house, it was totally outfitted with everything we needed, lots of books & movies, proximity to beach, house was clean and not cluttered (better for small kids!), comfy living room couches, plenty of fans, great front porch, had a washer & dryer.
