Rate information for this San Pablo Etla house rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rental Rates: Weekly @ $600 - extra nights @ $85. Monthly @ $1800 - extra nights @ $60
  • Rates are Weekly @ $600 - extra nights @ $85. Monthly @ $1800 - extra nights @ $60 Pets $30 extra. There are no seasonal or holiday rates. No check in or check out times. No cancellation fees unless I had a request for that time slot. Then it will be 50%. When you tell me the check is in the mail it is considered booked. If your plans change please let me know as soon as possible and your money will be returned. You will be required to sign a contract. The rental includes housekeeping once a week. A $200 deposit will be paid to the manager upon arrival and returned upon departure.

Notes: The pool is completed and the patios and palapa are going in in February. Property manager is Manlio Gonzales. He is available to answer questions and arrange taxis, tours, maid service or just about anything you like. He can pick up a party of two at the airport for 250 pesos. He can get a taxi for the remainder of the group. Also when booking make your needs known. He will look after you as much or as little as you like.

No high or low season or holiday rates. You can't get a hotel room for this price. You won't be disappointed!! This is our home not just a vacation rental!
