Daytime activities: Playa del Carmen offers many daytime activities, including sunbathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding, ATV tours, jungle tours, visits to Mayan ruins (Tulum, Chichen-Itza, Koba), swimming, sports, gyms, zip lines, tours to Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Aventuras, and other Mexican destinations, eco parks (Xel-Ha and Xcaret). 5th avenue also features tons of restaurants and shops.
Nightime Activities: 5th avenue's hundreds of restaurants feature international cuisine from all over the world. Visit a small cafe, enjoy local traditional food, or dine in luxury, all is available on 5th avenue. Although Playa stays away from the big clubs of Cancun (thankfully!), there are many bars and nightclubs that draw fun loving people from all over the world.
Why stay at Xaman Ha Condos?: A condo offers you the chance to be at home while on your vacation. Full kitchens and spacious bedrooms are as nice or better than many suites at major hotels, for much less per person. These condos, located perfectly just next to downtown (but not in a noisy area, rather its in the prestigious quiet gated resort community section), perfect as they are right on a beach in Playa, and only a block from 5th avenue. In addition, Xaman Ha offers a great seaside family pool, a shaded deck for ocean viewing without having to worry about UV rays, and everything is just steps away.
