Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A deposit of one half of the total rental rate is due within 7 days to hold your reservation and will be held in an account until your arrival. A security deposit of $200 will also be due for monthly stays.
You must cancel one month prior to your arrival date in order to get a full refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within that 30 day period, only one half of the deposit will be refunded.
For weekend rentals, you must cancel 30 days in advance to get your full deposit refunded, after that there will be no refunds.
We accept cashier’s checks, personal checks, money orders and credit cards through Pay Pal.
Check in is at 3:00pm.
