Half of the rent is due to reserve property and the balance, plus a $300 damage deposit (refundable within 10 days of your departure) and a $75 cleaning fee, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. No other fees are charged.
Should you cancel 30 days prior to arrival all funds are fully refunded. Cancellation with less than a 30 days notice will be charged a $300 administration fee. All other deposits will be refunded. - Long term rental (yearly) is also available. Rental rate for a yearly term is $2200 per month (fully furnished) plus all utilities.
