Carriage rides thru historic downtown Charleston are not to be missed. Shopping on King Street downtown or at the Town Center just 5 minutes away,

Restaurants: Charleston is famous for its Low Country Cuisine. Some of our favorites downtown Charleston are: Market Pavilion (steaks and seafood), Magnilia's (shrimp and grits) Cru Cafe, Rue de Jean (mussels in cream sauce), 82 Queen, Fulton 5, Hank's (seafood), Hyman's (crispy flounder), High Cotton (with live jazz entertainment) Poe's Tavern on Sullivan's Island is just 5 minutes away (fish taco and burgers) - very beach casual. Sullivan's (good 'southern fried seafood')
