Upstairs balcony to enjoy the views and breezes of the neighborhood. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Tram service to the beach is provided during the Summer months. This wonderful vacation home sits within the community of Emerald Shores which is right on the county line in the Destin area. Walk to several restaurants including Kenny D's, Capt. Daves on the Gulf, and Pomano Joes is not far either! Conveniently situated close to shopping, Movie Theaters, and restaurants at both Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Waterparks are not too far either! Paradise Sunrise boasts 2 king size beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The master bedroom is on the main level with it's own private bathroom ! A fully functional kitchen and a full size washer and dryer is also included!

The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. Fishing isn't the only attraction though! The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. There are several water parks in the area and water sports are plentiful on the bay side as well as the Gulf side of the island! If Golf is your game of choice, there are several championship golf courses to play! Tennis is also widely available. In fact, Emerald Shores has a tennis court!
