Beautiful and Large three bedroom, three bath, fourth-row home located in the South Beach Area of Sea Pines Plantation. Only 200 Yards to the beach via private walkway!!
Total remodel of the outstanding home in 2005 including new furnishings and gourmet kitchen. Located on a private lagoon with large entertaining deck, outside dining in a covered porch with grill. The home has one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds and one sleeper sofa. Easily accommodates eight people. 47 inch LCD flat panel TV in living area!
Very short walk to South Beach Marina for shopping, dining and water sports. Private pool and complimentary tennis also located at South Beach Marina. Short drive or bike ride to Harbour Town. Wonderful location for relaxation with family and friends, yet quaint enough for a couple.
