Easy access to all attractions: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Wet & Wild, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Downtown Disney with its restaurants, shops and cinemas, are all within easy reach. 4 miles to I4 giving direct access to the Gulf Coast and the Space Coast.
Excellent Dining Facilities: Restaurants abound from the likes of Burger King, KFC, Wendy's and Dominos to themed restaurants and the very exclusive. Chillis at Champions Gate, Applebees, Beef O'Bradys and Cracker Barrel are all 5 minutes away with Carabbas, Olive Garden, Boston Lobster Feast, Golden Corral, Fulton's Crab House, Kobe Japanese, Red Lobster are all within easy driving distance. .Many local restaurants and take aways will deliver to your door at no extra charge.
Shopping: There is a large Publix, take away food outlets, nail bar, bank and ATM just two miles north on US27. Outlet shops abound selling designer clothing, furnishings, electronic and photographic, sports and golf equipment.
Golf: Numerous championship golf courses within easy reach of the villa.
Guest Book: As soon as we opened the front door we were impressed with 'Dolphins' It was fun exploring and choosing the bedrooms for the three generations of our party of six. We liked the layout of the living room which suited us all and was very comfortable. The pool had a lot of use and was greatly enjoyed. The house was well presented and comfortable, offering everything that was need for our weeks stay. It was easy to get to Disney parks and to do our shopping.
