Location Highlights: : Centrally located, you will be within walking distance to parks, restaurants and shops but still have the secluded feel of being in the middle of the mountains • The town home is surrounded by a sheltered forest area filled with large pine trees and beautiful aspens. Summer Highlights • There is a great park just a short 5-10 minute walk from our town home – it has a covered picnic area with BBQ grills, basketball & tennis courts, a newer playground and restrooms. A great spot for a picnic • A gas grill is ready for use on the front patio area • Walk behind the back of the units into a forest area for a hike. Also a great area for wildlife viewing – we’ve had a moose walk up to our front patio. Winter Highlights • There is a dedicated Ski Shuttle Stop at the entrance of the units - the free shuttle picks up every 15-30 minutes. This allows everyone to go skiing and enjoy the resort for the day then come back to the peaceful town home in the evening.
Townhome highlights:: • End Unit, Two story 1400 sq ft Townhome • Wood paneled solar room with private 6 person Hot Tub • Spacious Main living area with 2 sofas and chair • Well equipped, open kitchen with newer appliances • Informal dining area allows for casual sitting for meals and entertainment! • 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms • Large entry room for removing and storing outer wear.

Safety modifications have been made including electric socket plugs, updated banisters to prevent a child from fitting between openings, cabinet locks and key locks to the spa area.
