When renting this house, you will be communicating and dealing directly with the owner and not an employee sitting at a desk in a rental agency. Also you will be paying less because we don't have to pay a commission to an agency. Finally you can be assured that the house will be spotless and in pristine condition because we (the owners - husband and wife) clean and prep the house ourselves between each rental. All this leads to you getting the perfect house for your vacation. In looking through the listings on this site you'll notice the rental agencies can't even be bothered to write a title description for their properties. They instead use a number. How much do they care about a property when they can't even be bothered to write a descriptive title. Do you really want to be treated like a number on your vacation?. Even if you don't rent Sunny Escape - be sure to rent from an owner - trust me.
