Sierra La Mar is a spacious newly constructed villa, with a private swimming pool in a secure gated development of luxury villas and stately homes. Nestled on a hillside, with a breathtaking view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, and natural sugar white sand beaches. The property is located on Jamaica's unspoiled South Coast, minutes away from natural world class beaches, renown for safe swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing. A tropical paradise, it sits on an acre of well tended gardens, with an abundance of exotic trees, flowering plants and colourful birds. The Culloden / White house area has a very rich history. Captain Bligh was a friend of the original owner of the property, and was a frequent visitor. It was rumoured that the original property owner, built a castle to house the deposed French emperor - Napoleon Bonaparte. Sierra-La-Mar is staffed by a manager with hotel management experience in the U.S.. All other key personnel are trained at hospitality schools.

Property is ideally suited for Nature lovers: The Whitehouse area more closely represents the traditional 1950's and 60's Jamaica than the highly commercialised resort area. An area where traditional values and attitudes abound. Relics of our heyday are still evident. The environment is well preserved and therefore still retain its rustic charm and stateliness. The area is diverse and therefore is attractive to the sand, sea and sun market segment, the nature (green) and eco-tourist market segment, as well as the Caribbean/Jamaican diaspora.

The property manager worked for several years as a part time weekend night auditor/night manager for several small to mid-sized properties in the United States. He also took courses in Hotel and Motel management. He also traveled extensively as a business traveler staying in business class hotels in North, South and Central America, Europe, The Caribbean and The Pacific. All key personnels are trained at hospitality schools.
