Rent money: first months rent is collected as a deposit for reserving a vacation home. In case of a cancellation tenant is responsible for the term of the lease unless reserved home is re-booked. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental contract. - Peak rate is $1,500 per month for double occupancy. Alll you need is your clothes and food: This is a fully furnished, private patio home that has everything you need for your stay in the Valley of the Sun. Located approximately 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, conveniently located a mile off the 101 and 3 miles south of the Superstition Highway. Property is located in northwest Chandler and close to Mesa and Tempe .
Golf: Closest course to the property is Dobson Ranch, a tree lined, city owned course that has reasonable rates. There are many golf courses in the area such as Ken McDonald, Kokapelli, Ocatillo, Wild Horse Pass, Auwatukee Lakes and Country Club. The property is also located a mile from a major freeway that allows you to easily get to many golf courses in the East Valley and Phoenix area. As a golfer, I can also assist with recommendations on courses from the high end (Troon North) to more inexpensive courses.
