A Renter's Packet containing two (2) entry keys, information on Sapphire and St Thomas, and an Island Map is mailed to guests one week in advance of occupancy, unless otherwise arranged with owner. - Off Season: During the Off Season, a Saturday to Saturday rental is not written in stone, it is only 'preferred'. Please feel free to email or call to check on availability for optional arrival and departure dates per owners discretion with a four night min. Please feel free to email or call to verify availability calendar at any time! Calendar reflects last night of occupancy. 4 pm check in and 11 am check out.

UPDATES: Refrigerator/Wireless Internet/Cable TV: BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS: The best signal to access to the wireless broadband at Sapphire Village is within the condo office located on the bottom floor of our building: St Maarten. Sometimes, and only sometimes, does the broadband work from our studio balcony. REFRIGERATOR: A brand new refrigerator has been installed in the studio - April 2008. CABLE TV: Until further notice, only local cable programming is available at our studio. Premium channels such as HBO are not currently available.
Guest Book: 'We LOVED the studio. Seeing the view from our balcony each morning was very refreshing. Quite a beautiful sight. I’m so glad we chose Sapphire Village it was excellent.
