Additional fees will apply to the above rates: $30 reservation fee, $50 departure cleaning/laundry fee, $50 pet fee if bringing a pet, $45 Accidental Rental Damage Insurance, and $10.75% tax. - Housekeeping fees vary depending on size of cabin. The cleaning fee is optional but should you choose not to pay the cleaning and laundry fee, you will be expected to leave the home in check in condition, including but not limited to sanitizing bathrooms, mopping floors, washing & folding linens, cleaning kitchen and leaving appliances, stove, microwave, etc. clean and ready for the next guest. All units are inspected after each stay and the unit MUST be left in check in condition by the inspector’s standards to avoid being charged a cleaning fee. Housekeeping arrangements must be made in advance to avoid additional charges. If you are paying for a cleaning fee, please put all dirty linens next to washer, put dishes in dishwasher and start cycle, and place bagged trash outside garbage can OR if there is no outside garbage can, leave in the kitchen. DO NOT LEAVE BAGGED TRASH OUTSIDE.
