This is a two story pool home with a great view of a lake and Stoneybrook golf course. This is a former model home for U.S. homes, with full professional decorating and furnishings. Built in 2001, the home is only rented on a monthly basis, and is in beautiful condition. The Stoneybrook community is gated with wonderful amenities, including heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, lighted tennis and basketball courts, full fitness center, children's playground, volleyball, etc. The location of this home is perfect, within 100 yards of the community center and all amenities, yet on a quiet cul-de-sac street. You will be within a few minutes drive of the Miramar Outlet Center and numerous restaurants, and Fort Myers and Bonita beaches are within a 20 minute drive. Attached 2 car garage and covered lanai, pool, and gas grill.

Activities within Stoneybrook: There is a $100 amenity transfer fee in order to use the community clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, etc. as well as guest gate passes. The Stoneybrook Golf Course is open for public play, and is quite nice. There is an 'Advantage Card' available for a small fee that will provide for advanced tee times, reduced green and cart fees, and other discounts. The community also has walking paths
