Home comes with 52'TV, cable, DVD library, Internet, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, cozy wood stoves (wood provided) for additional heat. Boating recreation includes 2 kayaks and paddle boat on site, canoe provided, other rental options in nearby Rangely. Spectacular Robert Trent Jones golf course nearby, Appalachan Trail plus many day hikes locally accessable. Winter sports include skiing on Sugarloaf Mountain,Carrabasset Valley (only 12 minutes away), Saddleback Mountain only 1/2 hour drive, snowshoeing, and miles of skimobiling trails. Pets are welcome.

This beautiful home is less than 15 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain and less than 30 minutes from Saddleback Mountain. The home is on Flagstaff Lake with 350 feet of water frontage and miles of mountain views. Kayaks are in the garage for use in the summer. We also have a large yard which connects to skimobiling trails or use the lake for snowshoeing in the winter.
