Casa de Gracia is on the beautiful secluded stretch of beach just south of Puerto Morelos. The ground floor (unit A) has a large kitchen with three bar stools, table for six, and living area just off a large beachfront patio with pool. Both bedrooms have ocean views and access to the beach. The sound of the waves will put you to sleep at night. The upstairs has a large balcony with palapa roof, hammocks, and table for six for use with unit A. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The master bathroom is extra large with two sinks. The sleeper sofa converts to a full size bed. Within 25 minutes you can be at the Cancun airport, resort area, or in downtown Playa del Carmen. Within five minutes you can get to a local grocery, ATM, Internet cafe, seafood market, or local dining.

Off shore Puerto Morelos is the Palancar Reef, second longest in the world (800 miles). There is great snorkeling in front of the town square and boats are ready to take you and show you the sights. About half a mile south of Casa de Gracia is Punta Brava, where there is also excellent snorkeling. There is also great deep sea fishing just out from the house. You can see boats coming and going from El Cid Marina where you can rent boats for fishing, snorkeling, and diving. For a great early morning or late afternoon walk, it's about a half mile up the beach to the marina. From Casa de Gracia you can explore the Mayan ruins, spend the day at Xcaret or Xelha, swim with the dolphins at Puerto Adventuras, or shop at Playa del Carmen. Better yet, just relax and dine at home or in town.

Notes: Casa de Gracia is eco friendly. Electricity is provided by wind power, and is backed up by battery storage in the event that there is no wind. This is a very unlikely event due to the ever present ocean breezes. Most of the year it isn't even necessary to use the ceiling fans. The housekeeper will clean twice weekly. There is a wall safe in the master bedroom.
