- The shared bathroom with the master and guest rooms is updated with a vessel sink, marble vanity and jetted tub with hand held Water Pick shower head. The second bathroom is located just of the pool and doubles as a guest bathroom and laundry room. It includes a great overhead shower with tremendous pressure and the stackable washer & dryer as well as multiple cabinets for the pool towels and linens. An outside shower is just off the pool and gated for privacy. It has room temperature water and is ideal for rinsing from the heated pool or just cooling off.

- The large master bedroom has a beautiful plantation colonial 4 poster bed with a pillow top king-size mattress, luxurious furnishings TV and white Berber carpeting. Separate closet in room as the walk-in closet is locked and not available to tenants. Second guest room is island style with painted white hardwood floors and twin beds that can convert to a king. All of the homes linens are suited to the bed configurations with extra king-size mattress pads for easy conversion. The third guest room sits off the living room on the opposite of the home with a tropical theme and large padded 'Birds of Paradise' headboards. Great for children as it’s an over sized room, bright and cheery with 3 windows. The living room and family room have couches that are comfortable and can be used for sleeping, although the recommended number of guests for any full week stay is 6.
