- $200 per night. $1100 per week. 5.775 % lodging tax added to total. Some dogs OK with fee.
- Minimum 50% of the total required to hold your reservation. Any balance charged within 15 days prior to your check-in date. One night stays require full payment to reserve. You have up to 45 days prior to your stay to cancel or change your reservation but you may be subject to a $100 cancellation/change fee. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations inside 45 days prior to your stay, unless we can re-book those dates. Cancellations inside 15 days of your stay forfeit the total amount due for the reservation, unless we can re-book those dates. If we are able to re-book your dates we will give you a refund, less the fee. You may reschedule your reservation to a future stay but will be subject to the fee. In the event that you do re- book for a future stay, and cancel that reservation, then you will forfeit the total due/paid. No refunds will be issued due to weather, unforeseen conditions or dispute. We reserve the right to charge you for damage, loss or violation of policy.
- $200 per night. $1100 per week. We accept Visa, MasterCard! By authorizing us to charge your credit card you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. We can accept personal checks with a minimum 30 days advance. Check-In is 3:00 PM or after. Check-Out is 11:00 am. Please 'No Smoking Inside'. We like to personalize each rental to your special events and activities. Let us know if you are celebrating a special day or enjoying specific local activities! Gift Baskets now available, preorder for your arrival! Gift certificates now available. PET POLICY: We welcome mature, quiet dogs in our Green Mountain Getaway cabin only! Dogs must be at least 12 months old and completely house trained. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the cabin, and must be on leash while in Heeney per Summit County's Leash Law. We charge a fee of $10 per night, per dog and do not allow any more than 2 dogs in the cabin. Cats, kittens, puppies, and other animals are not allowed. Sorry no exceptions.

- 2 nice bedrooms and a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfect cabin for the family fishing getaway or small skiing group of friends. Dogs welcome too. 'Great location in Heeney. Still in Summit, but not stuck in all that resort traffic. This really is the Rocky Mountains.'
