Sand Dollar Villa is located in beautiful Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key on the west coast of Florida in a private tropical setting. This spacious poolside villa has its own private path to the large heated pool & its own backyard with a barbeque. Beautifully updated in 2006 with new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range and microwave. The kitchen has new cabinetry and granite countertops. There is also a new washer & dryer in the villa. Fully equipped & beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a queen size bed & 2 twin beds in the guest room. Two TVs, VCR/DVD & stereo. Wireless internet access. Community has its own fishing pier on the Intracoastal/Little Sarasota Bay & large heated pool. Tile floors throughout. Carport parking with storage. Visitor's parking also available. A short walk or drive to Siesta Key Beach, Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach. Close to shops & restaurants.

Siesta Key is a barrier island on the west coast of Florida connected to Sarasota by two bridges. Famous for its fabulous 'white sand beach', Siesta Key is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota and 20 minutes to world famous St. Armand's Circle. Sarasota is famous for its many cultural activities including the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Sarasota Opera, Florida Studio Theater, Selby Botanical Gardens, Player's Theatre, Mote Marine Aquarium and the Ringling Museum of Art. Busch Gardens is approximately one hour away by car and Disney and Universal Studios are about two hours away. Closet airport is Sarasota/Bradenton(SRQ). But Tampa Airport is only 75 minutes drive.
