If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year from the signing of the lease allowing the guests to re-book at a future date within one year of the signing of the lease. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season. Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of the lease.

To begin your stay you will be met by our concierge who is available throughout your stay to assist with all your needs. There is broadband Internet access available. The house is a non-smoking house, please respect absolutely no smoking inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining areas are available to you both indoors and out. This is a very airy, spacious, livable home. We welcome children, as we have children of our own! Just keep a close eye on them because of the irresistible pool! And the Pool! Its nice and long, so take morning laps if you like.
Maid Service: For a week rental, three days of maid service are included in the rental rate. If guests would like additional maid service that service is available at $35/day.
