Land for sale on Stratton Mountain: As a side note, I have land for sale on Stratton Mountain. It is a 1 acre parcel on Jamie Lane, off of Todd Hill Road. It has a breathtaking view of the Bromley valley, a perfect spot for a pond excavation that will fill by underground springs and mountain runoff. I am a builder (this rental property is my own work) and have designed a home for this property. The land is available with or without a building contract. Ski: This expansive, luxurious and newly renovated farmhouse sits on two acres, on a quiet road, just one mile from Stratton Mountain's access road. It features a very roomy kitchen (12'x16') with Vermont green slate counters (and a large slate farmers sink) that looks into the Great Room (31'x16') with vaulted ceiling, rough hewn beams and fieldstone fireplace. Walk out of the great room and into the six person outdoor hot tub where you may soak your sore ski muscles while taking in the beautiful view. Other amenities include free, wireless, high-speed internet access, satellite television (basic top 60 channels with DVR included, with the option to upgrade to top 80, top 120, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc.), washer and dryer, king bed master suite with private bath
