My home is situated on the subdivision of Legacy Park near the small town of Davenport which is located southwest of Orlando near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. With its central location, surrounded by rolling hills and land that was once used for citrus growth, Davenport’s central location makes it a perfect spot to base your Florida vacation with Disney World only a 15 minute drive away. It’s also just minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more.Tampa beach and the Gulf Coast are only an hour away, and the Atlantic coast is even less. Lake Tohopekaliga, or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Davenport is near numerous golf courses, supermarkets and other shopping and restaurants. You get beauty and convenience, near all the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, yet far enough away to relax in peace & quiet. Davenport provides the best of both worlds.
