The Den has sliding pocket doors and makes a great study, office or occasional guest room. The sleeper sofa in the Den is a Queen sleeper. The master bedroom (king) has it's own bathroom. The guest room and den room share a bathroom with the entrance from the hallway.

General Information: This is a brand new villa/condo in an upscale area of a the quaint harbor town, Punta Gorda. It's a low keyed area in which to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida Lifestyle. It has been furnished as a comfortable home with quality furniture, and as of August 2006, everything was brand new. We have had wonderful tenants who have treated our villa as their own, therefore, everything still looks brand new! We live just around the corner and are always available for questions and help. We're looking forward to meeting our new tenant-guests! Punta Gorda is a special place to live and vacation - -- the people are the friendliest you'll find anywhere! Mickey & Jim O'Donnell
