No hidden charges. No cleaning fees! No surprises! We take pride in our condo and see that it is well maintained and meticulously clean. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Laundry facilities are located on each floor, swimming pool on fourth floor. Restaurant on premises. Grocery store is only three blocks away. Our hallways were completely renovated this year with new carpeting, crown molding, wall-coverings and paint! A smoke free environment. Please do not smoke in the condo.
