If you make your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, we must receive full payment plus security deposit as soon as possible. State taxes to be applied at 9.75%. We accept credit card payments via phone or via PayPal online. To avoid extra cleaning charges, please make sure the Checkout sheet is fully complied with.
