Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Please inquire about rates for amenities (IE, maid service, beachwear, Internet, phone etc.).
- A deposit for 50% of the rental amount is due within seven (7) Days after making the reservation. The balance payment is due Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made for an arrival date less than Thirty (30) Days, the total amount is then due and must be received within Seven Days (7) in order to hold the reservation.

Deposits and payments are final. If another renter is obtained for the same period by either party, all monies will be refunded less an administrative fee of $75.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Personal check, traveler’s checks, cashier’s check, PayPal and money orders.
Due to higher maintenance fees, rental fees will be increasing by approximately 10% beginning Fall 2008.
A refundable deposit of $100 per week is requested. All unused funds will be returned immediately upon verification of no outstanding charges or damages.

Further details about this condo rental
Additional information: Great restaurants and beaches abound on the south side of the Bay of Banderas. We highly recommend Le Kliffe for a romantic sunset dinner. The fishing is also spectacular. We recommend renting local a local boat in Mismaloya. Puerto Vallarta has many activities - you can inquire at the front desk for more information.
