This spacious 5 bedroom residence is centrally located about a mile from Nauset Light ocean beach and the bike path. The house is located on the ocean side of Route 6 with Coast Guard Beach also just a short drive away. Enjoy yourself on a bike ride to the ocean or along the newly improved bike path. The floor plan has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms, a bath and a lounge area on the second. The kitchen is spacious with a large eating area that seats 8 comfortably, with the formal dining room additionally seating 6 adults . The living room is quite large (24' x 15'), includes a big screen plasma TV with DVD player, and seats 10 very comfortably. High speed Internet and a modern computer are provided for your convenience as well. The yard is private and quiet with a large stone patio, chaise lounges and a grill for your outdoor living.
