All linens & towels are included. Sheets and towels are not needed. The kitchen is fully equipped & has a new dishwasher. Our porch is screened in & contains a table which is wonderful to sit and enjoy your meals, outside without the uninvited insects!.
The screened porch also allows you to keep the sliding doors totally open which makes the living area one huge room.
You can smoke on the private porch only.
