Each Bedroom is set up more like a Master Suite. They all have there own private full bathrooms. Ideal for multi family vacations. This gated secured community of Playacar (phase 1) is less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen and the house is less than 50 footsteps from the beach. The upstairs bedroom includes direct access to a large deck overlooking the beautiful Caribbean.The Living Room has sliding doors which open to a shaded porch and a private secluded swimming pool. There is a large gourmet kitchen and dining room, with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea.
